My name is Irem Sepici. 

​

I finished my bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations at Yeditepe University, Istanbul. 

​

After working as an export manager for two years, I established my preschool in Izmir, Turkey, and took on my organization's managing and administrative roles for six years. 

​

I decided to move to California with my family in 2017 to get higher education in the early childhood field and started Orange Coast College and got Early Childhood Preschool Teacher and Administration Certificates.  At the same time, I started working as a preschool teacher. 

​

As a preschool teacher and administrator with a growth mindset, I decided to receive a leadership role in the education field with higher degrees. I started Pepperdine University's Organizational Leadership and Learning Masters Program.  

​

I value responsibility to foster achievements, enthusiasm to bring happiness and humor, empathy to nurture ethics, growth to achieve professionalism, and versatility to accomplish my world vision.

 

My top five personal and professional strengths are responsibility, learner, input, achiever, and futuristic themes.

My vision statement is; for creating global learning environments that can foster inspiration, curiosity, and dedication.

​

My mission statement is; to become a leader who owns responsibilities with enthusiasm and versatility by developing the mindset of empathy and growth while bringing along inspiration for learning. 

​

To live my core values, I own responsibility, act with enthusiasm, share empathy, seek for growth, and adapt versatility.
